Stephanie Sandler is a results-driven nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience dedicated to driving social impact and organizational growth. As the Founder and Principal of Full Circle Philanthropy, a Greater Boston-based nonprofit advisory and strategic consulting firm, Stephanie specializes in guiding organizations toward sustainable growth and increased impact.

In her role at Full Circle Philanthropy, Stephanie serves as a thought partner, advisor, and coach to C-suite executives and nonprofit leaders. Her extensive expertise extends across diverse aspects of nonprofit management. She excels in crafting and executing multi-year strategic operational roadmaps, with a focus on developing trauma-informed, culturally attuned programming and operations.

Known for making well-informed decisions with integrity and prioritizing kindness, even in high-pressure situations, she is committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences.
